The Evolution of The Lundmark Group

In my first ever blog post, I would like to talk about the evolution of The Lundmark Group. If you follow us on social media or are on our email list, you may have noticed a few new faces on the team. What started out as just me selling homes has now grown to a team of six and I could not be happier about it!

After my first year as a real estate agent, three small children, and a husband who plays ice hockey overseas for most of the year… I realized I needed help! You know the saying, “I get by with a little help from my friends.” Well, I recruited two of my very closest friends to help. Dara Crane and Jeff Gibson joined me and The Lundmark Group became a team of three.

At the Lundmark Group our clients are not just clients, they become family to us. We don’t just sell their homes, we take on the stress the client has while selling. We don’t just help a buyer purchase a home, we can feel that it is their home the second we walk into the right one with them because we have gotten to know them so well.

We answer our phones and emails around the clock because we care so much and no one should ever have to wait to talk to their realtor, for even the smallest issue. The best part is, although we are a team, when you call for Erica, you talk to Erica. If you call for Jeff or Dara, you talk to them. We do not pass our clients off to an office person they have never met before.

Our job is not just a job; our clients put their lives in our hands and that is a task that we take very seriously. There have been times when someone schedules a last minute showing that our seller was not expecting and we straighten up the house for the showing because the seller already left for his or her workday. We have done happy dances inside of homes with buyers when they found the “one.” We have helped athlete clients, newly traded to Philadelphia, find a short term rental that wasn’t even on the market, then made sure there were towels, linens, and even curtains in place so the athlete could move right in and focus on winning games, which keeps all Philly sports fans happy! We have helped families with loved ones with special needs build homes that were more suitable for them. All along the way, we weren’t just having a blast with our clients; we were breaking records for prices in neighborhoods and getting our buyers the best deals possible.

The Lundmark Group sales volume has significantly increased each year. In order for us to continue to provide the personalized service that we promise to all of our clients, we felt it was time to add some more agents to the team. Corey, Tara, and Meaghan had all reached out, wanting to be a part of a dynamic real estate group. They impressed us with their passion and professionalism. We knew instantly that they would be the perfect addition to The Lundmark Group.

Now, we are a team of six. All with the same core value of providing elite service to our clients. Corey Ruyak, Meaghan Stoops and Tara Kulesza are the new members of The Lundmark Group and our new website is the perfect place to introduce them. This website was created to stay on the cutting edge of technology so we can continue to be successful for our clients. It is sure to showcase our listings to thousands of visitors and our new search tool is so easy for potential buyers to use.
