WELCOME TO PHILADELPHIA!

Think of me as your Philadelphia concierge

Pro sports is a great life—but it can have its moments: buying a home and being traded before you even move in…, moving across the country in a matter of days…, finding a new school for your children at a moment’s notice…, wondering whether your should rent or buy…. I know what it’s like—and I know the area well enough to offer some insights to help make your transition easier. I’m always glad to help a fellow sports family……no one else quite understands how difficult it can be unless you’ve lived it….. and I have!

I’d like to offer you the keys to our wonderful city.

I’m a Philadelphia native, so I know the area well. As an past NHL hockey wife for 20 years.  I know first-hand how challenging it can be to move to a new city where you may not have friends or family to help you get settled. You’re focused on games, your family, training camp, business projects—so it can be tough to find furniture rentals, contractors, and a home to live in.  With that in mind, I wanted to make the housing part a little easier for fellow athlete families. At The Lundmark Group we go out of our way to make sure your move is as painless as possible.

Do you know an ex-Philadelphia player with a vacant home? Maybe they would be willing to lease or sell to a fellow athlete family…if so…please let us know!

If you own a property near a Philadelphia sports arena that you want featured for rent or for sale: contact info@TheLundmarkGroup.com to find out more.
